Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items that have been opened or partially consumed).
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items on sale or clearance.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at bibibox.store@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at bibibox.store@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item and will send you a replacement.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at bibibox.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the damaged or incorrect item, and any supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
